Using Wordgems Products
Placing an order is easy, just follow the steps below and you'll be an expert in no time.
- Find the products you want to purchase by choosing a Category from the dropdown list at the top of the Shopping Page,
then browse through the products displayed.
- When you have chosen the item or items you want to order, click on the "Add to Cart" button for each item you are ordering.
This will place the items in your shopping cart and will be displayed on the right hand side of the page.
- After you've added all the items you want to purchase to your shopping cart, click "Checkout".
- If you're a new customer, click "Sign up" to create an account. After creating an account, you can then proceed through the “ Checkout”.
If you are an existing customer Log In then continue to “Check Out”.
- Follow the instructions on screen to choose your payment method.
- Finally, click "Confirm Order" button and your order will be submitted for processing. You will receive an order confirmation email.

Coupons and Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates are available.
Discount coupons: only one discount coupon can be used per order. Type your coupon code into the box next to the Redemption Code. Your coupon will be applied to the total and reflect in your cart after you click continue.

7 days in the condition you received it, for a replacement or store credit refund.

Our letters work well on painted walls, most wallpaper surfaces, wood, mirrors, metal, and most other smooth surfaces. Orange peel surfaces are fine,
provided it is not too lumpy. However, heavily textured walls, stucco, brick and some types of wallpaper should be avoided.

Our vinyl can be used outdoors. Some examples of outdoor use include car windows or car doors, outdoor equipment, mailboxes, front doors and windows, along with banners. Our vinyl has a five-six year outdoor life.
If applying vinyl to an outdoor surface, be sure that the temperature is at least 12 degrees. If the application surface is too cold, the vinyl will not adhere properly and will peel off.
Also, overtime and with heat exposure the decal may lift on the edges – this indicates time to replace.

An overlay comes in two parts. The main text/graphic and then the overlay.
The overlay is placed over, under, next to, etc to the main text/graphic. Overlays are usually a different color, font, and size.
Examples:
The “Sophia” is the main color and text, while “our little mother’s day gift” is the overlay.
